A little over two weeks ago,  we welcomed a new employee to the Texas Plant Disease Diagnostic Lab.  Ms. Hailey Edwards was hired as the Business Assistant for the Plant Clinic. Her task includes handling business functions for the diagnostic lab, assisting in processing incoming plant samples, and providing administrative and clerical support to the lab.  Hailey has recently graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Horticulture.

One of her task would be to provide customer service support to our clientele. The Texas Plant Disease Diagnostic Lab phones will have a person answering it between the hours of 9 am-12 noon and 1pm – 4pm during the week days.
